Play a short mission in the Base level from Combat Simulator.

Wrote full briefing (was missing from release).
Updated some other text.
Made autoguns not an Agent difficulty objective.
Autoguns now have focus pads (else would crash console).
Monitor screens no longer flicker.
Included new subtitle for mission.
Player character changed to Joanna Combat.
