Description:

A tool used to convert AIFF files to AIFC. AIFC is the format used in Super Smash Bros. This would be used for any assembly style addition of sound effects to the game. Standard sound editors can generate and AIFF file to be used with this converter (such as Audacity). To utilize this program as used in Smash Remix follow these instructions:

1. Go to audacity
2. Set the sample rate in the bottom left to 16000Hz or 32000Hz
3. Save the sound as aiff
4. Drag it onto aiff2aifc.bat

• 16000Hz is preferred to make it sound "smash64-ish", but many sounds are 22050 Hz, which then can be up sampled to 32000 Hz
